Tracer is a Ranged Assassin hero from the Overwatch universe.
Players who purchase the digital copy of Origins Edition orCollector's Edition of Overwatch for PC will gain free access to her[1] starting April 19, 2016. On April 26 she became available for sale to all players.[2]
Background[]
Lena Oxton (call sign: Tracer) is an adventurer and an irrepressible force for good. With the ability to alter her own time at will, she fights the good fight wherever she goes – even the Nexus. Bending space and time, Tracer is an extremely mobile and deadly teammate. Don’t worry, loves. The cavalry’s here.

Abilities[]
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Deal 220 (+4% per level) damage to a nearby enemy, prioritizing Heroes. Gain 5% Pulse Bomb charge when damaging an enemy, and 10% against Heroes.
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Return to the position you were at 3 seconds ago, refill your ammo, and remove all negative status effects from yourself.

You can Basic Attack while moving, and after attacking 10 times you need to reload over 0.75 seconds. You can manually reload early by activating Reload.

Tier 1 (Hero Level 1)
Fire a short range bomb that attaches to enemy units if you hit them. The bomb explodes after 1.50 seconds dealing 360 (+6% per level) damage to them and 180 (+6% per level) damage to other nearby enemies.
This Ability is slowly charged over time by dealing damage to enemies with Basic Attacks and Melee.
Tier 4 (Hero Level 10)
Increases Pulse Bomb's radius by 50.00% and enemies hit are slowed by 70.00% for 3 seconds.
Tier 4 (Hero Level 10)
Pulse Bomb deals an additional 8.00% of the primary target's maximum Health.
Tier 4 (Hero Level 10)
Increases Pulse Bomb's range and charge rate from Basic Attacks against Heroes by 150.00%.

If an entire ammo magazine is unloaded on an enemy, the last bullet will deal 90.48 (+4% per level) bonus damage. This is equal to 35% of the total magazine.
Tier 6 (Hero Level 16)
Reactivate Reload within the last 50% of its cast time to increase your Basic Attack damage by 40.00% for that magazine.
Tier 7, Hero Level 20[]
Tier 7 (Hero Level 20)
Reduces Melee's cooldown by 3 seconds. Hitting an enemy with Melee who is stuck with a Pulse Bomb causes the bomb to instantly explode and knocks the target away from you.
Tier 7 (Hero Level 20)
Recall's cooldown is increased by 8 seconds, but it heals you equal to the amount of Health you lost during that time.
Tier 7 (Hero Level 20)
If you successfully stick a Pulse Bomb to an enemy Hero, you also drop another one at their feet that deals 50% damage and explodes slightly earlier.
