After standing still for 3 seconds, Erik gains Stealth and his Sight Radius is increased by 75%. The Stealth persists for 3 seconds after moving.

(Patch April 24, 2018) Note: Stealth granted by the Spy Games Talent is now correctly applied for 3 seconds after Erik moves.
(Patch July 21, 2015) Note: Time needed to enter Stealth reduced from 5 to 3 seconds.; Erik will no longer enter Stealth immediately upon respawning after learning the Spy Games talent.
