Skins are available to each hero, along with two color variations for each of those skins. They can be purchased with gold or real-world currency. A hero's master skin can be unlocked after reaching level 10 with a hero, after which it can be purchased for 10,000 gold.[1]
Both "serious" and "funny" skins exist. For a "funny" character it is alright in the developers' minds to have more "funny" skins, whereas in a "serious" hero there may be one "funny" skin, with the others being "serious" skins.[2]
