Elite Tauren Chieftain, Rock God, or ETC for short, is a medium difficulty melee warrior. Aside from the amazing ability to wield five guitars and a keytar at once, ETC's greatest talent is to leap anywhere on the battlefield, making him extremely mobile despite being a hulking mass of hairy muscle. He's able to knock around and stun enemies with guitar solos and, if he plays a particularly sweet tune, he can buff his friends.
The Power of the Horde incarnated by brutal rhythms and blistering guitar riffs into the form of the most elite tauren chieftain to ever headbang across the surface of Azeroth. Don't bother putting on socks. He's just going to rock them off anyways.
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe permanently increases the healing per second of Guitar Solo by 5, to a maximum of 100. Reward: After reaching 100 increased healing, Guitar Solo also heals nearby allied Heroes for 50 (+4% per level) Health every second while it is active.
Using a Basic or Heroic Ability releases two pulses of 15 (+4% per level) damage. This deals 250% bonus damage to Minions and Mercenaries. The first occurs instantly, the second occurs 2 seconds later.
Alarak works well with Heroes who help set up kills with crowd control effects. Alarak’s follow-up combo with Telekinesis and Discord Strike is particularly strong when combined with Heroes like E.T.C. who can quickly force enemy Heroes out of position. What’s also great about this combo is that both Alarak and E.T.C. can be the start of a crowd control chain on an enemy hero as long as they are coordinated enough to space their abilities properly. This makes it doubly scary for an enemy team to be near them, as either one can isolate and kill someone in seconds.
